Demolish existing University offices and construct a new four-story, 72,000
sf dormitory for undergraduate students attending the University of California
at Berkeley. Building exterior is a combination of Berkeley Shakertown wood
shingles, plaster, and cementious board siding with extensive ornamental wood
trim. Dormitory rooms typically house three to four students and have common
kitchen, dining, living room and bath areas.
