Siemens-Duewag Manufacturing Facility

The 124,000 sf office and manufacturing facility is for light rail vehicle assembly. The project included a prefabricated 95,000 sf metal building shop with rail lines, work pits and overhead cranes, a two-story attached office building, on-site underground infrastructure, structural exterior concrete aprons, new rail spur lines and power catenary systems.
